Panny & Mody's head office is located in Australia, with warehousing and production centers in the United States, Europe, and Asia. We proudly offer Free Shipping to major cities and towns around the globe. Customer orders are prioritized to be shipped from the nearest production center based on inventory availability. If the closest center is out of stock or lacks the necessary components to manufacture the product, the order may be allocated to another production center for fulfillment and delivery. - Economy Shipping: We offer free Economy Postal Shipping for retail buyers worldwide. This option does not include tracking, and we will not be responsible for lost packages. When your order 2 or more items, we will automatically upgrade your shipping to Standard Postal Shipping with a tracking number at no additional cost.

Order Processing and Delivery Time: Order processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days, excluding actual delivery time. Delivery times vary based on the destination:
- For Australian Customers: Usually 5 to 12 business days.
- For U.S. and European Customers: Usually 8 to 18 business days.

- Military Addresses: We regret that we do not ship to APO or FPO military addresses.
